Cearrah is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 3 years of experience providing therapy in community mental health. Cearrah earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in May of 2022.
Cearrah uses an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from a range of therapeutic frameworks to best support each client’s unique needs and goals. Through her work in community mental health, she has gained experience working with a diverse range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.

Cearrah approaches therapy as a collaborative and relational process, believing that meaningful change begins when clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. Cearrah strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where individuals can show up authentically and work at a pace that feels right for them.
